Ingredients

honeydew melon (about 4 pounds)

fresh mint, roughly chopped

coarse sea salt

Directions

  1. Using a spoon, scoop the melon out into bite-size pieces and divide among bowls.
  2. Sprinkle the mint and salt over the melon before serving.
