Ingredients

  1. Check 1 honeydew melon (about 4 pounds)
  2. Check 1/2cup fresh mint, roughly chopped
  3. Check 1teaspoon coarse sea salt

Directions

  1. Using a spoon, scoop the melon out into bite-size pieces and divide among bowls.
  2. Sprinkle the mint and salt over the melon before serving.
