Honey-Soaked Feta

Ingredients
- 3 ounces Feta cheese, in one block
- fresh thyme sprigs
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey (preferably lavender)
- lavender blossoms (optional)*
- 1/4 cup whole pecans
Directions
- Sprinkle the Feta with the thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with the honey. Garnish with the lavender blossoms, if using,
and pecans.
*Fresh blossoms are best, but if you use dried lavender, make sure it is for culinary use.
