Ingredients

  1. Check 3ounces Feta cheese, in one block
  2. Check fresh thyme sprigs
  3. Check kosher salt
  4. Check freshly ground black pepper
  5. Check 1/4cup honey (preferably lavender)
  6. Check lavender blossoms (optional)*
  7. Check 1/4cup whole pecans

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the Feta with the thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with the honey. Garnish with the lavender blossoms, if using, and pecans.
     *Fresh blossoms are best, but if you use dried lavender, make sure it is for culinary use.
