- 2 cups ginger ale
- 1 cup iced hibiscus tea (such as Red Zinger)
- 1/2 cup rum (optional)
- 1/2 peach, sliced
- fresh tarragon sprigs, for garnish
- In a large pitcher, combine the ginger ale, tea, peach, and rum (if using). Serve over ice. Garnish each glass with a tarragon sprig.
