Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 hard-cooked egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion or scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Hard-cook one egg.
- Combine the yogurt and mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
- Stir in the hard-cooked egg, onion or scallions, parsley, basil, and a splash of Worcestershire. Salt to taste.
