Ingredients

plain yogurt

mayonnaise

hard-cooked egg
1/4
cup
chopped onion or scallions
1/4
cup
chopped fresh parsley
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh basil
Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Hard-cook one egg.
  2. Combine the yogurt and mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
  3. Stir in the hard-cooked egg, onion or scallions, parsley, basil, and a splash of Worcestershire. Salt to taste.
