Herbed Baby Red Potatoes

Ingredients

baby red potatoes, scrubbed
olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
parsley, freshly chopped, to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the potatoes until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh parsley.
