- 2 cups full-fat plain yogurt

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as mint, parsley, and/or dill)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Stir together yogurt, garlic, fresh herbs, Dijon mustard, lime zest, lime juice, and kosher salt. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
