Herb Marinated Feta

Make a jar of marinated feta today, and we guarantee you’ll find a use for it daily. Shmear it onto toast or crackers, serve it with olives for an easy party app, crumble it onto a dinner salad, or sprinkle onto pasta. In the summertime, serve it with fresh tomatoes, and in the wintertime, spread over roasted root vegetables. If the oil begins to solidify in the fridge, just let the jar sit at room temperature 20 minutes before serving. Leftover oil can be used to make an herbaceous salad dressing, or drizzled over pizza.

  2. Check 2 teaspoons Herbes de Provence
  3. Check 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
