Ingredients

  1. Check 1 cucumber (unpeeled), cut into spears
  2. Check 3 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch lengths
  3. Check 3 leaves kale, cut into 2-inch-wide strips
  4. Check 1 apple (unpeeled), cored and cut into chunks
  5. Check 1/3cup flat-leaf parsley sprigs
  6. Check 1/2 lemon, peel removed with a knife

Directions

  1. Feed the cucumber, celery, kale, apple, parsley, and lemon into a juicer. Discard the solids.
