Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- relish, onion, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato for serving
Directions
- Form the meat into 4 patties and season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
- Top the burgers with the goat cheese and serve on the buns with desired toppings.
