Ingredients

  1. Check 1 1/2pounds ground beef chuck
  2. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  3. Check 4ounces goat cheese
  4. Check 4 hamburger buns
  5. Check relish, onion, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato for serving

Directions

  1. Form the meat into 4 patties and season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
