Ingredients
- 2 ripe Hass avocados
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, minced but not seeded
- 1 tomato, coarsely chopped
- juice of 1 1/2 limes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Scoop the avocado pulp into a medium bowl. Add the other ingredients and mash with a fork until combined but still chunky. Spoon into a serving dish.
