Ingredients

  1. Check 2 ripe Hass avocados
  2. Check 2 scallions, finely chopped
  3. Check 1 jalapeno, minced but not seeded
  4. Check 1 tomato, coarsely chopped
  5. Check juice of 1 1/2 limes
  6. Check 1/2teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Scoop the avocado pulp into a medium bowl. Add the other ingredients and mash with a fork until combined but still chunky. Spoon into a serving dish.
