Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds total), peeled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Heat grill to medium.
- Slice the sweet potatoes on the diagonal, about 1/4 inch thick. Place the sweet potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; toss.
- Grill, turning once, until tender, about 7 minutes.
