Ingredients

  1. Check 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds total), peeled
  2. Check 1tablespoon olive oil
  3. Check 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
  4. Check 1/4teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes on the diagonal, about 1/4 inch thick. Place the sweet potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; toss.
  3. Grill, turning once, until tender, about 7 minutes.
