Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

medium sweet potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds total), peeled

olive oil

kosher salt

black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes on the diagonal, about 1/4 inch thick. Place the sweet potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; toss.
  3. Grill, turning once, until tender, about 7 minutes.
