Ingredients

  1. Check 4 8-ounce bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  2. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  3. Check 1/4cup orange juice
  4. Check 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  5. Check 2tablespoons rice vinegar
  6. Check 2teaspoons sesame seeds
  7. Check 1tablespoon honey
  8. Check 1 small head Napa or green cabbage, thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
  9. Check 1cup fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Season the pork with ¾ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Grill until cooked through, 6 to 7 minutes per side.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the orange juice, oil, vinegar, sesame seeds, honey, and ¾ teaspoon salt.
  4. Add the cabbage and cilantro and toss to combine. Serve with the pork chops.
