Grilled Bread With Garlic and Tomato

  1. Heat oven to 325° F. Place bread on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
  2. Rub each slice of warm toasted bread with the garlic, then the tomatoes, smearing the pulp into the bread. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with 1⁄4 teaspoon salt.
