chopped cornichons

olive oil

chopped pitted green olives

anchovy fillet (optional), chopped

tablespoon
red wine vinegar

teaspoon
Dijon mustard

tablespoon
capers, rinsed and chopped
1
clove garlic, chopped

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, cornichons, oil, olives, anchovy (if using), vinegar, mustard, capers, and garlic.
