- 1 2- to 2 1/2-pound rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 4 cups watercress, thick stems discarded
- 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Toss with the chicken, watercress, and apple slices.
