Ingredients

  1. Check 1/2cup mayonnaise
  2. Check 2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  3. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  4. Check 1 2- to 2 1/2-pound rotisserie chicken, chopped
  5. Check 4cups watercress, thick stems discarded
  6. Check 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  2. Toss with the chicken, watercress, and apple slices.
