Ingredients

  1. Check 2 small bunches of cilantro, thick stems discarded
  2. Check 1/2cup peeled and sliced ginger
  3. Check 1/2cup canola oil
  4. Check 3tablespoons rice vinegar
  5. Check 2tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  6. Check 2teaspoons sesame oil

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree cilantro, ginger, canola oil, rice vinegar, low-sodium soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Serve with cooked shrimp.
