Ingredients

  1. Check 2tablespoons olive oil
  2. Check 2tablespoons butter
  3. Check 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  4. Check 1/4teaspoon crushed red pepper
  5. Check 1 1/2pounds cooked small bay shrimp, thawed
  6. Check 2 scallions, sliced
  7. Check kosher salt
  8. Check sliced bread, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat the oil, butter, garlic, and red pepper in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until soft (do not let the garlic brown), 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add the shrimp, scallions, and 1/2 teaspoon salt, and toss to coat.
  2. Serve warm or at room temperature with the sliced bread.
