Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 15-ounce cans cannellini or lima beans
  • baguette

Directions

  1. In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the beans with the parsley, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Process until smooth. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
