Garlicky Bean Spread

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 15-ounce cans cannellini or lima beans
- 1 baguette
Directions
- In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the beans with the parsley, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Process until smooth. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
