- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- kosher salt
- 1/2 baguette, split horizontally
- Heat broiler. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
- Spread the butter mixture on the baguette and broil until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
