Garlic-Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, rosemary, oregano, garlic, bay leaf, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Place 1½ to 2 pounds of steak in the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
