Ingredients

  1. Check 13.5-ounce package microwave popcorn or 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  2. Check 2tablespoons olive oil
  3. Check 2cloves garlic
  4. Check 1/2cup finely grated Pecorino or Parmesan cheese
  5. Check 1/2teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Pop the popcorn according to the package directions.
  2. Heat the oil and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes. Discard the garlic.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the popcorn with the oil, Pecorino, and salt.
