Ingredients

  1. Check 2 small heads butter lettuce, washed, dried, and torn into pieces
  2. Check 1 navel orange, peeled and thinly sliced
  3. Check 2 large stalks celery, sliced
  4. Check 1/4cup dried sweetened cranberries
  5. Check 3tablespoons mayonnaise
  6. Check 1teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  7. Check 1teaspoon Dijon mustard
  8. Check 1teaspoon honey
  9. Check 2tablespoons fresh orange juice
  10. Check 1/4teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place the lettuce, orange slices, celery, and cranberries in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, honey, orange juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the salad with the dressing.
