Fruit (With a Bit of Lettuce) Salad

Ingredients

small heads butter lettuce, washed, dried, and torn into pieces

navel orange, peeled and thinly sliced

large stalks celery, sliced

dried sweetened cranberries

mayonnaise

teaspoon
balsamic vinegar

teaspoon
Dijon mustard

teaspoon
honey

tablespoons
fresh orange juice

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoon
black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the lettuce, orange slices, celery, and cranberries in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, honey, orange juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the salad with the dressing.
