Ingredients

  1. Check 8 ripe plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  2. Check 1/3cup finely minced sweet white onion
  3. Check 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  4. Check 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  5. Check 1/4cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro. Stir together until well mixed. 
  2. Season to taste with salt. Serve at room temperature.
