Ingredients

ripe plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/3
cup
finely minced sweet white onion

small garlic cloves, minced
1
jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4
cup
chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro. Stir together until well mixed. 
  2. Season to taste with salt. Serve at room temperature.
