- 20-ounce package fresh cheese ravioli
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups sliced or cubed cooked turkey
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Cook the ravioli according to the label directions.
- In a large skillet, cook garlic in the olive oil until softened. Add the turkey, the cooked ravioli, pine nuts, and heat through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan.
