Ingredients

  1. Check 20-ounce package fresh cheese ravioli
  2. Check 3 garlic cloves, minced
  3. Check 2tablespoons olive oil
  4. Check 2cups sliced or cubed cooked turkey
  5. Check 1/4cup pine nuts
  6. Check 1tablespoon unsalted butter
  7. Check 1/4cup freshly grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the label directions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook garlic in the olive oil until softened. Add the turkey, the cooked ravioli, pine nuts, and heat through.
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan.
