Fresh Ravioli With Turkey and Pine Nuts

Ingredients

20-ounce package fresh cheese ravioli

garlic cloves, minced

tablespoons
olive oil
2
cups
sliced or cubed cooked turkey
1/4
cup
pine nuts
1
tablespoon
unsalted butter
1/4
cup
freshly grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the label directions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook garlic in the olive oil until softened. Add the turkey, the cooked ravioli, pine nuts, and heat through.
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan.
