Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- kosher salt
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, oregano, red pepper, oil, vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Bring to room temperature and spoon over grilled meat, chicken, seafood, or vegetables.
