In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, oregano, red pepper, oil, vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Bring to room temperature and spoon over grilled meat, chicken, seafood, or vegetables.

Ingredients

  1. Check 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  2. Check 1 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  3. Check 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  4. Check 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  5. Check 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  6. Check 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  7. Check kosher salt

Directions
