With these lightning-fast fish tacos, cooking dinner can be as easy as sitting on the beach in Baja (minus the sight line to the Pacific). There's no need to batter, bread, or fry anything―just heat the oven and open a box. Because you've got bigger fish to fry.

  1. Check 1 10.6-ounce package Gorton's Extra Crunchy Fish Tenders
  2. Check 6 8-inch flour tortillas
  3. Check 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  4. Check 1 10-ounce jar tartar sauce
  5. Check 1 1/2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce

  1. Bake the fish according to the package directions. Wrap the stack of tortillas in foil and place in the oven during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  2. Transfer the warm tortillas to plates.
  3. On each tortilla, place 2 tenders, a few slices of the onion, and a dollop of the tartar sauce; top with ¼ cup of the lettuce. Fold over and serve.
