Ingredients
- 1/2 medium bulb fennel, very thinly sliced, plus 2 tablespoons fennel fronds
- 1/4 medium red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 13- to 15-ounce frozen cheese pizza
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced fennel, onion, and olives with the oil. Sprinkle over the frozen pizza and bake according to the package directions. Sprinkle with the fennel fronds.
