Ingredients

  1. Check 1/2cup unsalted roasted almonds
  2. Check 1/2cup golden raisins
  3. Check 2tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  4. Check 3tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  5. Check 1/8teaspoon kosher salt
  6. Check 1/8teaspoon pepper
  7. Check 4 endives, ends trimmed and leaves separated
  8. Check 1 1/2cups ricotta

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the almonds, raisins, chives, oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange the endive leaves on a plate and top each with a dollop of fresh ricotta and a spoonful of the almond mixture.
