Ingredients

  1. Check 1/3cup barbecue sauce
  2. Check 3/4cup white wine
  3. Check 2tablespoons red or white wine vinegar
  4. Check 3 cloves crushed garlic
  5. Check 4 fresh thyme sprigs, coarsely chopped
  6. Check 3 fresh rosemary sprigs, coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, wine, vinegar, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. To use, add steaks, pork chops, or chicken to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
