Ingredients

  1. Check 1pound ground turkey
  2. Check 1tablespoon pure maple syrup
  3. Check 1teaspoon dried sage
  4. Check 1/2teaspoon dried thyme
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  6. Check 1tablespoon canola oil
  7. Check 8 large eggs
  8. Check 1tablespoon unsalted butter
  9. Check fruit, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine the turkey, maple syrup, sage, thyme, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper and form into eight 2½-inch patties. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook, turning once, until cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side; transfer to a plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. In a second large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook, stirring, until set but still soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with the patties and fruit.
