Ingredients

  1. Check 1 8-ounce bar cream cheese, at room temperature
  2. Check 1/2cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  3. Check 1teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  4. Check 3 1/2cups confectioners’ sugar

Directions

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy. If necessary, slightly chill the frosting to stiffen it before using. Use with Easy Yellow Cupcakes.
