- 1 medium-size ripe avocado, peeled and seeded
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds, toasted and crushed
- 18 Easter Egg radishes, halved or quartered
- Process the avocado, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Spread on a plate and sprinkle with the salt, chives, and caraway seeds. Serve with the radishes, for dipping.
