Dijon Vinaigrette

Dijon mustard

red wine vinegar

kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, and sugar; season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil until smooth and thickened.
