Ingredients

  1. Check 1tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive oil, plus more for the pan
  2. Check 1/2pound ground beef
  3. Check 1/4cup barbecue sauce
  4. Check 1pound plain or whole-wheat pizza dough, thawed if frozen
  5. Check 1cup grated Cheddar (about 4 ounces)
  6. Check 1cup baby arugula
  7. Check 1 small tomato, sliced
  8. Check 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425° F. Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Top the dough with the beef and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
