Dark Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Directions
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, and ½ cup water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in the chocolate until smooth. Serve with the Double-Chocolate Profiteroles, if desired.
