Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • sweet potato chips, for serving

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, curry powder, lime juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with the sweet potato chips.
