Ingredients

  1. Check 1 1/2cups low-fat Greek yogurt
  2. Check 1tablespoon curry powder
  3. Check 1tablespoon lime juice
  4. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  5. Check sweet potato chips, for serving

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, curry powder, lime juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with the sweet potato chips.
