Ingredients

  1. Check 1/4cup mayonnaise
  2. Check 1teaspoon curry powder
  3. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  4. Check 2cups shredded roasted turkey or rotisserie chicken
  5. Check 1/2cup halved grapes
  6. Check 2 celery stalks, sliced
  7. Check 1 scallion, sliced
  8. Check 2 pita halves

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, and ⅛ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper. Mix in the turkey, grapes, celery, and scallion. Fill 2 pita halves with the salad just before serving.
