Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the cumin, oregano, coriander, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Just before cooking, sprinkle your protein with the rub, pressing gently to help it adhere.
