Makes enough to season 1 1/2 pounds of protein

Ingredients

teaspoon
ground cumin
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2
teaspoon
ground coriander
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cumin, oregano, coriander, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Just before cooking, sprinkle your protein with the rub, pressing gently to help it adhere.
