Cumin Carrot Fries

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds carrots, cut into 3-inch sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 400° F. Place carrots on a baking sheet and add olive oil, cumin, and kosher salt. Toss well to coat evenly. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
