Cumin Carrot Fries

Ingredients

carrots, cut into 3-inch sticks

olive oil

teaspoon
ground cumin
1/2
teaspoon
kosher salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F. Place carrots on a baking sheet and add olive oil, cumin, and kosher salt. Toss well to coat evenly. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
