Cucumber Yogurt

Ingredients

plain whole-milk yogurt

small cucumber, peeled and finely chopped

tablespoon
minced fresh mint or cilantro

teaspoon
kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place the yogurt in a medium bowl. Stir in the cucumber, herb, and salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
